Burfes

Bagnall Urfe? Big Urfe? Beefed Up Urfe? Bumper Urfe? Whatever you think Burfe stands for, I'm sure you'll love them!

As I'm sure anyone who's watched my channel will know, I'm rather fond of an Urfe! I have, over the years, always made my own "beefed up" version when targetting hounds, stingers etc. Just a bit of added security, should I bump into that fish of a lifetime! I am very pleased to be able to offer these to you guys now.

My Burfes are made in house by us from 316 stainless wire, a size 3 (150lb) stainless steel power swivel at the top, a size 4 (110lb) stainless steel power swivel for the snood which will handle heavier snood lines far better and finished off with a medium quick link for the lead. I find these clips handle thicker wired leads, like on Breakaway grip leads, far easier than the standard urfe clip.
