Mepps Aglia-e Brite

Here's a funny story, assuming you have very low expectations on stories that is!

When the Aglia-e was first released, sales were poor. No one was picking it up and giving it a go, myself included, favouring to stick to the more traditional silver with red or blue dots.

During the covid years Mepps become near on impossible to source, so we ended up "using up" stock that hadn't previously sold. Enter the Aglia-e Brite in orange. Being about the only one we had left I thought I'd give it a go, and it's catch rate blew me away. It very quickly became my favourite for mullet spinning. The No.4 being my favourite size. Others soon followed suit and fast forward a few years and it is now a firm favourite among mullet anglers and our biggest seller! 

Something good did come out of covid after all!
