These Tronixpro Tapered Shockleaders have been my leader of choice for many years now. I like the combination of reliable strength with suppleness. They are one of the softest leaders we've found. They are also fantastic value for money!

If you're new to tapered leaders (a must have for all fixed spool anglers, in my opinion!) then simply match the diameter of your mainline with the diameter of the thinner end of the leader. For example, if you are using a 0.28mm mainline, then chose the 0.28-0.60mm tapered leader. It is important to match the diameter of your line, NOT the breaking strain.
