The perfect lead link for long and light rigs.
Why? I hear you ask!
Well, it's all down to the sleeve that covers the clip. The vast majority of lead clips we use are what we describe as "open", in other words, uncovered. This can lead to the bottom snood (of a 2U1D rig, for example) getting tangled up inside the clip, something that happens with infuriating frequency on fine lines. The shrink wrap cover slides over these clips, eliminating this problem.
These are suitable for swivel tail leads and fine loops only. Heavy thick lead eyes (for example standard Breakway grip leads) do not fit!
