One of my personal favourite bass surface lures! If you want a proper rock and roll, all action lure, this is it!
Although you can fish these slow, the best way is a high tip, fast and erratic action. Get the Asturie jumping and popping along the surface, and bass can'r resist. It's also and excellent lure for searching out fish. Even bass deep down will hear the loud rattle and action of the asturie, and will come up for it.
The Asturie 150 is perhaps the longest casting topwater lure of its size. In fact, its shape has been designed and tested in the wind tunnel, like an F1 car, to be as hydrodynamic as possible. It is very easy to animate and supports very fast retrieves. If the Asturie has a good reputation among sea bass anglers, you should know that perch and pike also respond very well to its characteristic swimming action. This is THE lure that every shore angler should have in their tackle box. The Asturie 150 is fitted with a size 1 Decoy TS 21 treble hook under the belly and a size 1 YS 21 in the tail.
